Shipping Policy
At Quirinoli, the care we put into our vineyards on Mount Vesuvius continues all the way to your door. Here is how we ship our wines.
Shipping included in every box
Our boxes: we ship in boxes of 3, 6, 12, 24, 36 or 48 bottles. You can mix any of our wines, or choose one of our ready-made selections.
One price per box: the price of each box already includes shipping. No separate shipping charge is added at checkout.
How your wine travels
Insulated packaging: every box is packed in insulated polystyrene, which protects the bottles from heat, cold and knocks.
Temperature-controlled couriers: we work with specialised couriers that keep the wine at the right temperature during the journey.
United States: we file the FDA Prior Notice for every shipment and prepare the export and customs documents. An adult signature (21+) is required on delivery.
Delivery times
Italy: within 1 week.
United States and other international destinations: 3 to 4 weeks.
European Union: 3 to 4 weeks.
Times start from dispatch and may be longer in peak season or because of customs checks.
Duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country are not included in the box price. Where they apply, they are requested by the courier or the customs authority and paid by the recipient on delivery.
Tracking your order
When your box leaves our cellar, you will receive a tracking number by email, so you can follow your wine from the slopes of Mount Vesuvius to your door.
Safe delivery guarantee
If a bottle arrives broken or a parcel is lost in transit, we replace it or refund it. Please check your box on arrival and write to us at info@quirinoli.com within 24 hours, with a photo of the damage.
