GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Falanghina
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12% Vol.
TASTING NOTES: Fresh and vibrant, with notes of pineapple, white peach, and delicate floral hints. Pleasantly fruity and well-balanced, with a crisp and refreshing finish.
VINIFICATION: Charmat method: second fermentation in pressurised tanks to keep the fruit fresh and the bubbles fine
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 7–10°C
FOOD PAIRING: Fresh and lively, this sparkling white wine is perfect with seafood, shellfish, and light fish dishes. It pairs beautifully with fresh salads, vegetable antipasti, and shrimp or clam-based pasta dishes. Also ideal as an aperitif, with light cheeses and fresh, fruit-based desserts.
