PRODUCTION AREA: From grapes grown in our vineyards on the slopes of Mount Vesuvius in Trecase
GRAPE VARIETIES: Piedirosso 100%
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12.5% Vol.
TASTING NOTES: Intense ruby red with violet reflections. The bouquet opens with fresh red berries, wild strawberries, and hints of violet, enriched by a distinct volcanic salinity and gentle spicy undertones. Smooth on the palate, with delicate tannins and a lively, elegant freshness.
VINIFICATION: Traditional red wine vinification with controlled temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by bottle aging
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 14–16°C
FOOD PAIRING: An authentic expression of the volcanic terroir, pairing wonderfully with Neapolitan ragù, slow-cooked meats, grilled tuna or swordfish, artisanal cheeses, and traditional wood-fired pizza.
