GRAPE VARIETIES: Piedirosso 80%, Aglianico 20%
TASTING NOTES: Characteristic aromas of geranium, cherry, and black pepper. Delicate volcanic minerality, low in tannins, fresh and highly versatile in food pairings.
VINIFICATION: Traditional red wine vinification in stainless steel tanks
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16–18°C (you may adjust if you have a preferred range)
FOOD PAIRING: Perfect for classic Italian comfort food — pizza, pasta pomodoro or ragù, roasted poultry or grilled vegetables. Works equally well for relaxed dinners with friends or family.
